"60 Second Shorts"- Deadline: 5pm, Mon 6th April 2009
Your challenge is to create a 60-second short movie-clip suitable for uploading to You Tube. You may work individually or in teams of 3 (max). The theme of the video is ‘Innovation’. Additional marks will be awarded for originality, creativity and entrepreneurship. The video can be filmed using a variety of techniques and equipment: hand-held camera, mobile phone, CGI, stop-motion, animation, professional actors, finger puppets etc…
The video clip can be produced in any style or genre provided that it meets with You Tube regulations. Additional marks will be awarded for video quality and editing though they will not be as important as the idea/ creation.
Deadline: The video must be uploaded to www.youtube.com by April 27th at 5pm with the winning entry (announced on April 30th ),in the Whitaker Theatre. Prizes awarded to best 3 entries as decided by the judging panel.

60 Second Shorts Competition- Winner Announced
StudentEnterprise@DkIT held the final of the 60 Second Shorts on Thursday last, April 30th at 1pm in the Whitaker Theatre. A highly contested final materialised with the winning entry to the Innovation themed challenge named as Stephen Taafe (Creative Multimedia 3).
